We offer shipping through DPD and the services of a local post office to ensure that your order arrives safely and efficiently.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
3. Shipping Rates
We charge a flat rate of 9.99 EUR per shipment, regardless of order size or weight. The shipping costs are free with orders above 150 EUR.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary and typically range from 5-14 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen and your location.
5. International Shipping
We momentarily ship only within European Union and to Switzerland. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order at any time using the provided link.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
8. Damaged or Lost Packages

9. Changes to Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We may not be able to change the address if your order has already been shipped.
